Elizabeth, N.J. – The first application heard by the Zoning Board of Elizabeth (NJ) was a proposal to construct a multi-family residential, four-story building at 333-413 Westfield Avenue with thirty-three (33) units with nine (9) 1-Bedroom and twenty-four (24) 2-Bedroom units, in an R-3 zone. J Avenue Associates submitted the application.
