Elizabeth, N.J. – A proposed addition at 1168 Elizabeth Avenue to the second floor of the existing building to provide two residential apartments. Also, a lot line adjustment between 1166 & 1168 Elizabeth Avenue along the the exterior walls of both structuresto provide egress through the rear of the property in an alley onto Broad Street in a C-5 zone.
