The Uruguayan community of Elizabeth will be holding a parade from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2012 to celebrate Uruguayan Culture starting at Jacques Street and heading up Elizabeth Avenue towards City Hall.

Elizabeth, N.J. – The Uruguayan community of Elizabeth will be holding a parade from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2012 to celebrate Uruguayan Culture starting at Jacques Street and heading up Elizabeth Avenue towards City Hall, ending at Dickinson Street.
